Hi everyone mention a walk and food and walkers will appear out of the woodwork for closing day at Earnscleugh Castle. Not sure how many actually went out for the walk but there were aound 50 for the picnic lunch . The club provided a baked ham and members brought along salads and cake for dessert I do not think anyone went home hungry.
Terry went home without his serving spoons so if anyone got home with an extra set of serving spoons then Terry is keen to get them back
Most groups went out the back onto trode road and went either left or right. The Lords of the castle did not rain any cannon balls down on us nor did they call the archers to repel the invading hordes so it appeared everyone behaved themselves.
